Premier Service Contract

This is a full service out-source network maintenance agreement. Under this agreement we can provide your site with anything from regularly scheduled maintenance and critical care support to on-site IT staff.

Preferred Service Agreement

Under the terms of this agreement we provide one scheduled routine maintenance visit per month to apply current security patches and application/OS updates. Additionally, any other on-site service is conducted at a reduced hourly rate and off-site support services, such as telephone and email, are included in the agreement.

Standard Services

This is our basic time & materials service plan. You call with your problem and we respond, either on-site or via telephone or email, with the appropriate action necessary to solve your problem.
